What data do we collect?
If you register for our mentoring services as a mentor or
mentee, you’ll need to provide us with some personal data. This will
include your name, email address, phone number, profession, job title
and geographical location. Other personal data may also be gathered
such as your views on returning to work after maternity leave. After
receiving your verbal consent on an introductory call, we will pass
some of the relevant information you have shared to the mentor or
mentee you are matched with. Personal data will be retained on our
records for a period of up to three years. Additional collection of
data may be carried out for the following purposes: · Evaluation of
our services to help us improve the services we offer · Recording
donations for future fundraising projects (note: we will never store
donors’ personal banking information or pass on donor records to a
third party in any form).
Impact measurement
As a
not-for-profit organisation, we work hard to try and understand who
we’re helping, and the impact we’re making. For this reason, we use
aggregated data from registration forms and/ or evaluation forms to
communicate our impact both in our marketing materials and in
applications to funders. Individual data will not be used in this way,
and any personal case studies or evidence shared with a third party
will not be shared without full consent of the individuals involved.
